For me, our company saved my life. Prior to coming to work here I was living on the streets with little or no motivation to better myself. I have now been with the company for almost 10 years.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of work requested of me outside my job description, Fair pay for what I do as well as recognition for the work i do would be wonderful.
