I am very happy to work in a company that contributes to healthy life for young and old. But I do think Medela should take better care of its own people. Workload is too high, people are working too many hours, too many tasks and priorities and for that payment and benefits are too low.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair payment and perks, especially in these tough job market. Medela has been talking about fair payment for over a year, but doesn't act on it. With the current payment structure my salary goes down every year.
