The leadership team have open and honest discussions esspecially about difficult topics. We can hold each other accountable without taking things personally.

We are diverse with multiple nationalities, very different industry experiences. We come together knowing we have each other's backs. We are creative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are passionate about the care our products and services provide to moms and babies. Almost everyone in the company has a deeply personal story about how our products were used by them personally or by their spouse or close family member.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to help my team with a difficult problem or when I inspire them through discussions and I see the lightbulb turn on in their eyes. When we trade stories about our families and we celebrate wins in our business.
