We all roll up our sleeves and work together. Goals can only be met when we work together. There are no premadonnas.

I'm compensated to work hard on tasks and projects that will make a difference. I get paid for completing projects, not for just trying hard.

If you don't like certain aspects of the culture at Medela, try and understand what needs changing and get started at making a difference for the better.

There is a culture of NOT sweeping sensitive issues "under the rug". At Medela, we bring up issues that need resolution in order to discuss, address and find resolutions.

No one on this team is afraid to pick up the ball. Nor is anyone afraid to ask questions on how they can be more effective when they do pick up the ball.

What makes you most happy at work?

We have to prove why Medela is better every day. Making patients and clinicians lives better is a journey and not a destination. We can't afford to sit on our successes when we HAVE to reach more patients every day. By reaching more patients we learn how Medela can improve.
