They have gotten better about transparency and communication with the sales team. Their priority is truly about the health of Mom/Baby.

They are always accessible and very helpful. We are able to communicate what is happening within our territories (competitive Intel, wins/losses, etc.)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The new comp plan rewards top performers without a cap. I would like more competitive raises on the base pay portion of the package.

The annual raise in base salary should be more. It does not match the industry standard. The commission opportunity is the best part of the compensation.
