I used to love working here but I have to say that lately it has become extremely stressful. Don't feel we have the support from management that we used to have and the training that we used to have.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together to help our customers and each other 99% of the time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Many of my account customers are wonderful after so many years of working with them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have learned a great deal while working at this company and they do encourage women to be their best and to keep moving forward
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate execute team member I know works very hard. But they have so much to keep track of and watch over there is not enough time to take care of details that are important for employees and customers retention
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact that we did not receive raises this year but have been asked to do the job of what at least double the staff did a year ago and we are treated often very poorly by internal staff as well. Raises are important and we work hard in our customer service department and we don't feel very valued
