It's mostly a positive experience and I appreciate that they refer to employees as family! There ae a few negative aspects such as the removal of bonuses for most employees a few years ago and Medela does not match industry standard on how you earn an additional week of vacation.

Some being less bossy and thinking they're above you when they're not. The attitude of rudeness a belittling from a few.
