In previous years it has been good. The last couple have been intolerable. With so many mgmt changes, poorly implemented SAP and last minute requests that we don't have data for. I am hopeful that with the latest mgmt changes & with another yr of SAP we'll be back to better times in 2022.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
read previous answers. the short answer is stability in processes. People need know the what, when and hows to do their jobs without panic and errors.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Issuing MBOs, Follow up, ask for input before decision is made. Reply to email, not make everything an emergency last minute request. get some stability in processes
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No MBOs, No feedback on reporting. no clear direction. no support to get input from others. The constant feeling that you have already been marked for "reduction". Set expectations, frequent review, mentoring solutions.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Reply to emails. have actual answers not guess that cause a lot of chasing. But this goes back to getting management stability in processes. everyone is just running trying to jump thru hoops to get the requests off their desk. Whether their answer is correct or not.
