I love Medela. I had the chance to leave and I chose to stay. I believe in Medelas message(CEO), values and products. The negative is no career advancement. I asked my boss and he gave me options that I am already certified in. Then gave me a project. That's not growth! Showed nointerestinme.

I like the Core behaviors. I truly believe in them and feel my coworkers do to. I think we really strive for excellence and are passionate about our job and ability to move Medela forward.

I love Medela's culture. It truly feels like a family. We know each other, care about each and enjoy working together. I also really embrace the core behaviors and feel they are easily understood. I think overall the company utilizes them.
