I have had a very positive experience at Medela. I have had the opportunity to do multiple things during the course of my career here, and I have been fortunate enough to get promoted into new roles that continue to provide a challenge for me on a daily basis. I believe in Medela.

They are true team players. The do not leg ego's or titles get in the way of productivity. They back each other help and are willing to go the extra mile when needed.

My team is very focused on what they need to do on a daily basis. They willingly back each other up to insure deadlines are met, and they collaborate very well with other departments.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The majority of employees at Medela really believe in the value that our products provide to Mother's and Babies. I feel the entire company is committed to improving these products as much as possible and are proud to say they work at Medela.
