Medela has changed for the better over the past years. My opinion has changed as the culture has changed all for the positive. My manager is the best and really makes me feel to be part of a team and that I matter to Medela.
Communication and transparency to the Medela team.
Team work and collaboration with the core behaviors.
The dedication and team work.
The people that I work with make it fun.
The leadership team is approachable and listens to each an every employee.
The new Zero card is totally great this year and love its benefits.
Be open minded and knock down the departmental silo's. We need to work together.
Communication is good to all levels, just not sure that we are hearing the whole story.
Medela LLC teams can openly communicate any concerns or opportunities with no fear of being looked down upon.
HR is always staying on top of best practices and making changes when appropriate to support our best-in-class organization.
The people and the product make it exciting however when people keep leaving it makes it really hard to stay positive.
I can always find new tasks / jobs to help others. I truly enjoy helping get opportunities resolved even if not my job, and this is support all the way to the top management.
Retention of employees needs to be reviewed for improvements including promotions and benefit options. Other companies are now offering 4-5 weeks standard PTO time, cheaper insurance, and other options that Medela doesn't offer.
The willingness to work together to get major projects complete that you see the immediate impact to the business. At LLC we do all that we must to have successful outcomes, no matter if its you job or not.
There have been no raises for 2 years which is making it hard to retain the top talent. Plus in a recent townhall meeting it was mentioned that we had 140 promotions? Not sure where as it seems that certain areas promotions don't exist.
