Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I've already answered this several times.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The support amongst my team is incredible

What makes you most happy at work?

The work that I accomplish

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our leadership team is above and beyond supportive in both professional development and personal endeavors.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Hard to answer given our current work remote state. We try to do what we can to stay positive during COVID-19.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Our leadership team is not leading as a group. Our comany is extremely funneled and does not support all-inclusive team work. Communications are lacking and processes are made difficult and non-sensical.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compared to market wage, I should be well above where I am. I know I am an asset to this company, so undervalued is not the issue. Underpaid is different from undervalued.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop firing people and bring in more help! We need HELP. Establish processes that make sense. Retain your employees through better perks, bring back bonuses, offer free daycare (not the 10 days free crap), HONOR your agreements.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is no support here. There are too many leaders and not enough worker bees. Our employees are overworked and some have not seen any pay increase in over five years. There is no opportunity for growth and we are constantly in fear of another round of layoffs.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I haven't seen my team together in a year. My team, as well as the teams we are supposed to work closely with, have no minimal to no communication. We are stretched incredibly thin across the board and just don't have time to come together to make things better.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Bonuses were not only removed but the offer I was given when I accepted this position was not honored after fighting for what was written and signed by myself, my manager, and HR. The training available is corporate and outside training is not supported. Medela is nothing special comparatively.
