I know I am not paid equal to other managers at my level.

My manager. He is trustworthy. I know he listens and fights for our team.

The people I manage, my department. I like coming inbto the office and seeing people here.

That we have a family culture. In my role, I have had the benefit of working with collogues globally.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel that my pay for my level is equal to others in the company at the same level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that that the EVP wanted to have a Leadership Summit to get managers and directors closer to the strategy to close 2022 and planning for 2023.
What makes you most happy at work?
Despite some of the negativity and poor performance. I am hopeful with an executive leadership change things will turn around. Have Annette here at MUSA is a gift! I am happy to be at Medela because I care enough to go through the pain to make it better!
