Most folks are friendly and share experiences.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part the group is able to work unsupervised. Everyone is friendly and caring.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
very caring about the people. Do extra things to accommodate the folks here. Things I have never seen at other companies.
What makes you most happy at work?
You have to do something and this is a nice place to come to. The folks in charge genuinely seem to care.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is a pension plan which is not common these days. Would like to see more of an advancement opportunity. Seems like im stuck with no chance to advance.
