My experience has been positive. more so in the last few years as I transitioned into a different department. I wasn't as happy where I was before this but am happy that I was given the opportunity to be in the position that I have currently, which I am very happy in.

I enjoy my current position and find it challenging and a positive work environment. Previous position was not as positive and felt more micromanaged

We work together well. If someone needs something or help, another always steps up to assist

The most positive this at the company is the work environment. the department that I'm in is very positive and everyone works well together. No drama.

I feel like communication about where the company is and what is going on in decision making has improved. My manager is very supportive and is invested in the department.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a clear picture of expectations and why tasks are being done. Knowing the why makes you understand the importance of what you're doing and helps you take pride in your work.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy are new challenges and being allowed to work on my own within the team. Lot of support from other team members and most everyone else seems to enjoy their job. Not too much negativity in our department.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team consists of a group of people who all do their job. No one has to "babysit" anyone. They are willing to help each other out. We also have a great supervisor who encourages us and helps foster this willingness to work together.
