Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With a salary compensation paid in one lump sum, and then no salary raise potential - salary growth has been stalled for two years. Additionally, even while taking the great "additional" benefits in combination with salary, Medela is not as competitive in the current market.
