I don't think Medela takes my position very seriously. Seems that the company has shifted from a family to more of making money. Our competitors are fierce and I believe we need to listen more to us and our customers to secure growth or maintaining our current business.

The vacation, insurance, pension plan and 401K. For long time employees, they should increase vacation time after the 15 years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After being with the company for so long, I believe after more than 15-20 years added vacation time would be warranted.
