I have been able to build up my skills and advance my career with Medela. I feel blessed everyday to work for a great company; from what they stand for to how they treat their employees. The work load is a lot for almost all departments switch slows things down and hinders overall company growth.

Maternity Leave benefits and PTO amounts. Also the additional HealthJoy and Zero card helps with the insurance high deductibles

I get a sense of accomplishment because I am working for something that will help others. I feel good about the work that I do and my leadership team makes me feel like I am valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best thing about the culture is that it is very caring. We are all working towards a common goal to improve human life and we environment shows that improving human life is not only our goal for our customers but for the employees too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount of PTO is incredible, better than most companies. The flexible work schedule provides me with work life balance. There are also so many different benefits like the zero card to off set the high insurance deductibles and new parent benefits that really show the company cares.
