I feel that for the Company customers are at the first place, that's a good thing. You can work freely, my team and the interaction with other teams are pleasant and you see a lot of smiles every day :-) My friends who got mother and tried Medela's products are really sastisfied with them

Flexibility. Also I am not controlled all the time, I've enough playroom, I can act freely
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They immediately see if someone isn't well and go ask if everything is ok, even before I get to them
