I love having the Zero Card and RxNGo. My healthcare costs have reduced significantly, allowing me to use those funds for something else.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The amount of pay is low in comparison to all the work that is loaded onto my plate that isn't in my job description. Hire more support!

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our personalities mesh well together. If someone has a weakness, the others help to turn that weakness into a strength. Open communication is part of our team as well as having a great relationships with each other.
