I see the value in Medela's product lines. There is a lot of miscommunication and 'finger pointing' rather than working toward common resolution of issues. Ultimately I feel that all the employees care about Medela's value from bottom to top.

Medela is enjoyable but there is a lot of double standards between how teams are treated and recognized.

Engaged and like to know more about how to help, but clearly a gap in attention between teams.

The teams are very segmented and goals between teams do not align causing a lot of conflict in priorities.

Health insurance is top available in the area and perscription coverage is excellent. Flexible work days have made it much easier to balance work and life.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My team is very short staffed and in the current global environment I find I spend a lot of time reporting on issues rather than being able to focus on solving and resolving issues.
