I joined only recently, but what I've seen so far is very likable. People care about each other, there is room for private matters and not always all about buisness, very caring and supporting line manager, I can learn a lot and improve my skills

Overall positive experience, however, the average age is rather high, difficult to connect with people during covid

Even though it's such a big company, it's very personal and close-knitted, very flexible culture in terms of working model and hours, employees are much valued
