Solving problems and trying to improve, Medela stil has lots of "cadavers under the carpet". But this is not possible due to lack of ressources, people, dayly routine tasks.
Experience, take ownership of tasks, drive to excellence, planning, drive, and team discussions on decisions taken, protocolls are missing, lack of alignment with main stakholders. Culture to learn of mistakes in the past not possible, motivation to improve is missing, experience too
So far, and in my short period of time at MEdela, people I worked with are nice, open to change when pushing them to improve. Solution oriented. You have the feeling managment cares about employees, not like in other companies I have worked at.
