As a final comment I want to say that I would feel more comfortable in the production department if our leaders didnt favor some people over others since it's always the same people cleaning and it feels unfair.

I enjoy working with people who work as a team. When we help each other out it eases the work and the environment is not as stressful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When bonuses were taken away it felt like my motivation started to falter. But getting paid better is a great way to appreciate everyones dedication towards the work that we do here.
