At the moment we face a lot of challenges. Some external and it cannot be helped but mostly those challenges are of our own making which is very disappointing. The right hand does not know what the left is doing which is not good for the Company. People need to take ownership and fix issues.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been with this company for a little while and much has changed over that period of time. Change is great but change for the sake of it, is not so great. I have been privileged to have been given opportunities to take on additional roles so for that I am grateful.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to stop taking things personally and do their job

Not sure which Leadership Team is being referred to, Subsidiary or HO?

I am unsure at this stage because it is never black and white.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We enjoy a nice office and from time to time we get along.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I have been able to do my job without without being hassled.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not all about money but not all Departments are treated the same.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Team does a great job considering the challenges faced. They are committed and I am honoured to be part of this Team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a mixed group and that in its own way is great. It's a nice office and people get on fairly well mostly.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy to be leading a good team with good people. I am a doer and do not look for praises but I am comfortable in what I do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The CEO mentioned "merit base" but this is clearly not the case as far as I know. CPI (or otherwise % was across board) and clearly in direct contrast to the CEO's feedback. It is not so much being "undervalued" as much as the inconsistencies of additional tasks/responsibilities for some.
