I've been here for a long time and experienced a lot over 10+ years. I feel good with current leadership - that we're on an upswing for company morale but also see the changes in the market that will be quite challenging for us to overcome.

There are a lot of great minds within the company and it's really nice to be able to bounce ideas or concepts off one another, learn from others who may have additional experience than you in some areas.
