There has been a slow decline over the past several years, people are there that can improve it but aren't in a place to change the overall experience of the company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Prioritize the employees rather than making a quota or figure, especially during a pandemic.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is friendly towards one another for most of the time and are willing to help each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better raises rather than taking away an incentive to give us a raise. Keeping certain incentives rather than taking them away.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better manegment and communication with the employees, incentives should be brought back, raises adjusted to a yearly basis, consideration to the employees rather than productivity especially during the pandemic.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Not all of them are on the same thought process due to lacking communication from what the real objective should be and some are left without a leader due to lacking management.
