I am surrounded by good leaders and coworkers that takes full responsibility and ownership of various tasks they are entrusted with. For a company that needed to cut down on costs, there are still valuable resources available, and we just need to know where to find them.

Because this is the first company I worked for Ive experienced a lot of great things compared to my friends at other companies, not just with business objectives but with people I work with which makes up the culture.

I think the small rewards and incentives makes me feel appreciated.

People put their best effort forward even when they feel overworked or underpaid.

Being surrounded by good people, and when we execute on a project that brings ultimate results.

Engagement with employees not only through business but through social events, small but personal Interactions, awareness and providing updates, drive to excel as a company and showing appreciation on work efforts
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel my compensation is at market value, and I know a few others who applied and compared their job to ours but get little pay. I feel appreciated for the work I do, but I feel like I am underpaid compared to other competitors which is the biggest factor why people move to a different place.
