The company is very good, I really like to work for Qualtrics, it is a company that is very quick to innovate, this also means that we also need speed in hiring, qualification, training and different connected teams, and I think this is the biggest challenge that we have.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is really great! But there are some silos for other teams. Like the EX Product Management team they don't like to give clear answers and they sometimes they are rude in they way they trat the other teams members
