They are transparent and are fully sold on the company mission!

I get to work with likeminded individuals and a plethora of brilliant leaders who are open, transparent and make me feel they care about me as much as they do the success of the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are no true annual raises. Compensation is relatively low even for external hires to high level roles. To just understand why we have the level of slaray we do compared to other companies like us would be a start to make us feel better about compensation.

What makes you most happy at work?

Working with others. I'm in a unique position where most of my days contain some element of interdepartmental communication.
