My experience has been excellent. I can to Qualtrics to have an opportunity to impact a company during a critical time of its growth. During my tenure we have grown and flourished and I can see the impact of my contributions on a regular basis. It is really satisfying.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is smart, scrappy, and really cares about what we are doing. I find myself impressed time and again with the quality of the interactions I have with my peers on a regular basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We strike a good balance between customer obsession and work life balance. There is urgency when necessary to take care of our customers but it is not a forced urgency to meet an arbitrary date.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the employees in the company and the customers that we work with. Time and again they have demonstrated willingness to go out of their way to take care of employees who may be experiencing difficult times. They care
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a part of the growth and development of the people around me. When I am able to impart my knowledge and experience to others and I can see them grow and flourish over time it brings me a lot of satisfaction.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are a pay for performance company, which means I have a lot of control over how much I can make. Consistent top performers get acknowledged via higher base increases and equity grants that take affect immediately rather than having to wait a year or more after the grant date.
