What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits! Qualtrics offers an incredible benefits program which ends up saving employees thousands of dollars. Not only are the benefits great for the employee, but great for dependants as well. Who can forget about 401K contribution and equity!
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with and what I do every day. I get to change people's lives by providing them a job that they will enjoy, a company they will love, and stability for themselves or their families.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Career opportunity and growth, everyone is encouraged to do think outside of the box and solve problems that need to be fixed. By nailing your job and finding ways to separate yourself from others there is always upward mobility.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly motivated, love to learn and willing to teach, and of course some of the best people to work with. My colleagues are some of my best friends and motivate me to be my best self professionally. Qualtrics surrounds you with great people like this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have the best leadership team, hands down. Qualtrics goes to great lengths to vet every person hired or promoted into leadership and it pays off. Our CEO has been here from the beginning and has never lead the company in the wrong direction. The ideas, the culture, everything only gets better.
