Healthcare is great, but the experience bonus is what is the most exciting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team cares, and they demonstrate that constantly. Regularly congratulating us, checking to ensure we're ok, helping achieve goals, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What isn't positive about the culture & environment. We're all on a rocket ship, and we know it. This stuff is exciting.
