It's ok to fail. Just fail fast & move on. We all do it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Experience bonus - $1500 annually to experience something. We're an experience company & it allows me to have an incredible experience & also increases my engagement with the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership is transparent & (often over) communicate. They are thoughtful about the content shared in our weekly 30-minute all company meetings. I've never seen a company do it like this.
