I want to be positive, I want to succeed and add value. I do not feel I have the true 100% support of my manger to do so which I find very frustrating. As a business the support is there it just depends what team you are in which dictates your success

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not paid the same as my peers I would feel better if I was paid the same as people who started in the same role as me after the SAP acquisition
