Great company if you have a good manager that is willing to fight for you. If you have a bad manager then you should try to switch teams immediately because you will not be able to progress on your own since your manager is the one who goes to bat for you against the performance review committee.

We work very well together and run almost autonomously with very little manager intervention

They are very transparent and extremely talented at driving the company in a good direction
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Limit to no stock options for most employees and no refreshers for lower levels. Qualtrics leadership just made a lot of money but the rest of its employees didn't.
