I have been at the company for 6 years. I have had 4 different roles, and lived in 3 different cities. I've been challenged to seemingly my limits. I have gotten to create my dream job and a new team. It's been a hard, but fulfilling ride.

Each member of my team is better than me in some way. I get to learn from them at any interaction.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making an impact - I love to create things, and I love when others see how this will improve their work/lives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are thoughtful in what they do, while still being bold and taking risks. They have helped foster a culture of caring.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a culture of ownership - each person is encouraged to take ownership of their work, to create new things, and to take risks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the market rate for my skills and experience is higher than what Qualtrics pays me. Regardless, I choose to continue working at Qualtrics because I believe the experiences and development I receive justify the compensation gap for the time being.
