Willingness to help when and where needed, training and sharing of knowledge and experiences, sharing same goals we've all created for our team OKR and a true equal distribution and effort to succeed at those goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Tools and help that are supported for my role, and day to day engagement with so many people in my role, inside and out that I look forward to each day and week. Having the right people and tools in place to fix problems and truly help others trust and use our services and products to help them.
