Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is not given by skillset/time at company, there are people who have been at the company for years, and make the smae or less than people who just got hired.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing that I can say about our leadership team is that they are phenomenal at transparency. I am absolutely proud of our leadership and their ability to be forthcoming with information. I am never shocked or caught off guard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is close-knit, we communicate well, our work is progressive and our feedback is taken into account and changes are made. We help each other, support each other, coach each other without hurt feelings, and take constructive criticism well. I am proud to be on my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am aware that there are representatives who are in lower level positions making more money than I am. I have also found out that other new hires will be making more, which is discouraging because i work really hard and wish my pay reflected my hard work.
