Coming up on a year at the company, it has been a wonderful ride. I have seen my work make an impact almost immediately and cannot say enough about how great the people are to work with. I can't wait to see what we do in the next year - so much opportunity!

Smart and passionate people, flexibility, leadership that cares about people first.

Seeing the work I do make a difference in our company!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open, transparent communication. Invested in transforming and growing the business - want to WIN in the category. Meaningful programs for employees work-life balance. Open to new ideas.

Dynamic work - never the same day twice. I also get to be involved in awesome initiatives where I can be creative and help increase the impact of our work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very nice and super invested in growing the business. Marketing has become the growth engine for the company and it shows in the passion people have on a daily basis to WIN in the category.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very competitive pay and total comp package. I like having a variable bonus structure that allows me to earn at the rate of success of the company. (ie: if the company performs better than expectations, I earn more.)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was presented with a very compelling offer that allows me to achieve my financial goals. There was no doubt in my mind that when I received my offer, I knew that Realtor.com wanted me just as much as I wanted to work for the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is down to earth and "REAL" (pun intended). I appreciate that they are approachable, yet smart and strategic. A great combo. I feel like they are acutely aware of what Realtor.com needs to do to continue to transform as a business and committed to taking the steps to do so.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company cares about its employees and creates a culture - even when virtual/remote - that you feel you are important. The people, of course, make the culture and I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing people. Compared to my last company, Realtor.com is in a different league!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very creative and open to trying new things. When I first started, there were some people who were a little more ambivalent to change but they have since moved on and I feel like we're moving, grooving and growing in the right direction together. Everyone is also really nice.
