We are open to new ideas and we're in a field that is constantly evolving, so there is a ton of room for growth and innovation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
In my particular role, our customers are unaware and/or unconvinced of the value we bring and I believe we need additional products to deliver value to them in a meaningful, impactful way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The ELT is open and available to both share the vision for the company and to hear feedback from the employees. I have never worked somewhere with such an open dialogue between ELT and employees.
