What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along, like each other, have stuff in common and enjoy talking to each other during our huddles. We also encourage each other positively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That if i wanted to reach out to the CEO he is accessible, we are not limited to just those in our main network, and our company does not ship our jobs over seas.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Because my Manager has his Ball in my court and cares for me as an employee and individual, drives me to reach my goals and encourages me to do my best everyday, even when I can't find the drive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think Aetna is the worst health insurance I have ever had. I wish we could use UHC ( united health care) And the 401k is also the worst in comparison to every other job I have ever been at. The norm is 6% matching
