I only recently joined so my experience is relative to where I've most recently come from, but Realtor.com has been a fantastic place to work so far enabling flexibility in my schedule with much better work-life balance. I have autonomy in my work but clearly understand the direction to go in.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The comp package is a good mix of base salary plus cash and stock bonuses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The atmosphere is very collaborative and everyone is willing to help and support each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at Realtor.com recognizes that it takes all of us to make great things happen and treats everyone as human beings. We have multiple touch points with our leadership every month and our goals are simple, clear and realistic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The goals are clear, but I have a lot of autonomy to implement solutions to meet those goals. There is not a hint of micro-managiner and this enable me to be very creative with solutions for my stakeholders and customers.
