They are tuned in with team's needs and really trying to make the company better. Especially in Product org!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team work, humor, light hearted, no one takes themselves too seriously but everyone works really hard and respects one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If Realtor paid over market in the same way other tech companies do, I get jobs sent to me daily from recruiters paying 20-30k over what I am making now but I love my job too much to leave.
