The best part about my compensation package is the livable base rate in addition to unlimited earning potential in sales.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm allowed to work the way I work, in a way that best suits me and the company. Not having a micromanager means that I can reach my highest potential in my most efficient way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They don't just say it, people really are first. I can approach any member of the executive team from my manager, to my vp, to his VP and up. They listen to our knowledge and take it under advisement for new products and services. That's a big deal in a company this size.
