They are upfront and honest about feedback and responding to questions ask of them in meetings
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and engagement when I am able to speak with them. This has been very hard during the work from home environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my role and org there is no potential for a raise. This is a large concern for me as it does not incentivize or encourage long term commitment to the company. To stay in line with other companies leaders should be given raises based on their abilities to perform year over year.
