My overall experience with this company is-push yourself. This company gives us the tools that are proven to work as a model and then we are handed the reins. Grokker, and all the learning tools. good dental. I wish we got free vision care like most other companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that Realtor embraces differences and encourages new, bold ideas. Not being a cookie cutter company allows employees to be expressive and have fun while working.
