What do you like best about the leadership team?

Ability to answer tough questions and embrace discomfort

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Attempts to have work life balance.

What makes you most happy at work?

Developing others in my team

What are some of the best things about your team?

Some of my coworkers are excellent, go getters, constantly learning, low ego, great team players. Some of the managers across teams constantly deflect blame and failure onto our team, and our manager isn't good at resolving that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because I'm constantly being asked to fix the messes of incompetent Enterprise systems teams with extraordinarily high turnover. All that work is not appreciated for my level and it will be dozens of times easier to get significantly higher compensation leaving the company.
