Not been the best experience since the change in managers. I feel unlike, unmotivated and unappreciated with my new manager & would like to change teams. I went to him with a problem and got written up for it instead of him supporting me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to make more money on with quality tiers and tier pay based on efforts.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some team members are close as we were in training together. Others seem like they could careless about you they are only here for themselves.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The relationship I built with those in my training class. I feel unsupported by my manager and feel that he has his favorites and the rest of us don't matter!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Allow people who feel unsupported or unappreciated to a different team. I don't click at all with my manager & feel that I honestly would rather not be present for huddles & just be on the phones dialing. Our huddles are a huge waste of time & I could be dialing/making money instead of doing jokes
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Don't be so quick to write someone up & make employees have to worry about their future working here. If supervisors change & you don't click with them you should be able to change teams & not be made to stay on a team that you don't feel supported on. I am on a team where I feel that I don't fit in
