I think my company is an organization in transition. It has definitely suffered from some leadership problems. The new leadership is outstanding and the new staff coming in is infusing the culture with sense of direction, positivity, and hope.

I think our current leadership team is forward thinking, genuinely cares about our staff and the position/success of the company within our ever-changing industry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we pay our business people under market because we are so focused on our quest for technical talent where the salaries are so high given the competitive nature of that talent pool.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am fortunate to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects under a supervisor that cares about my future of the company, as well as being surrounded by a team that deeply cares about the company success.
